This is a demonstration-stage institutional solutions advisor. It is not designed for patient care or individual clinical decisions.

Chat

Messages are sent to our server to generate replies. When AI is enabled, the messages are processed by the configured AI provider. This application requests non-stored model responses, but provider operational retention policies may still apply. Chat messages are not written to our lead database.

Contact requests

If you submit a contact request and consent, we store your submitted name, work email, organization, and requirements in our configured MongoDB database so ThinkRoman can respond. When email notifications are configured, the enquiry details are also sent to admin@thinkroman.com using Resend, our transactional email provider. No meeting is automatically scheduled.

Do not submit patient information

Please do not enter patient names, medical records, or other identifiable health information into the chat or contact form.

Before public launch

Replace this preliminary notice with approved privacy, retention, deletion, and contact policies; add appropriate operational safeguards, abuse protection, and data-handling review.
